Egg & Cheese English Muffin

Ingredients:

1/4-1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
1 Whole Wheat English Muffin

Directions:
Cook egg on high in microwave (in a bowl about the same size as the english muffin) for 1 minute. Gently mix egg in same bowl and microwave for an additional 15-20 seconds. Using spatula, scoop egg out of bowl and onto an open-faced english muffin. Place cheese slice on top of egg and put the top half of the english muffin on top.
