Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Pancake Mix
1 Banana (enough for eight 3-inch pancakes)

Directions:
Cut banana into small pieces (quartered then sliced about 1/8-1/4 inch thick). Prepare whole wheat pancake mix as directed on the box. Add chopped bananas into wet batter and gentle fold to combine. Use cooking spray or a non-stick skillet and cook as directed.
