Pumpkin Smoothie


1/4 cup Canned Pumpkin
1 cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 medium Banana
1 Tbsp Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (Trans Fat Free)
1/2 cup Skim Milk (or what is needed to thin consistency)
Handful of Ice Cubes
Spinkle of Cinnamon

Blend all ingredients and serve.
