Quick Paella

Ingredients:

8 oz Health Choice Turkey/Pork Sausage- cut into chunks
8 oz Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts- cut into chunks
1 medium Onion- chopped
1 Bell Pepper- diced
2 Cloves Garlic- minced
1- 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes
1- 14 oz can Chicken Broth
1 cup Frozen Green Peas
1 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
2 1/2 cups Minute White Rice
1- 12oz pkg Frozen, Medium-Sized Cooked, Peeled and Cleaned Shrimp- thawed
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions:
Saute first 5 ingredients (sausage through garlic) in large skillet over med-high heat 6 minutes or until just cooked. Add next 5 ingredients (tomatoes through crushed pepper) and bring to a boil. Stir in rice and shrimp and return to a boil. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 to 10 minutes until rice is tender. Stir in lemon juice just before serving.
