Ingredients:
1 lb. Shelled Edamame (available in frozen section)
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
5 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions:
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until the mixture is smooth. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
