Ingredients:
1 Head of Broccoli (florets only)
2 Zucchini quartered and sliced
2 Yellow Squash quartered and sliced
1 carton Cherry Tomatoes
1 Red Pepper seeded and cut into chunks
1 Yellow Pepper seeded and cut into chunks
1 Red Onion chopped
1 can Garbanzo Beans (drained)
Pitted Calamata Olives sliced
2 containers Feta Cheese Crumbles
1 tsp Greek Seasoning
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesean Cheese
1 bottle Low Fat Ceasar Dressing
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and chill.
