6 oz Plain Lowfat Yogurt
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Fresh Mint (chopped)
4-6 Ice Cubes
Optional: 1 scoop Protein Powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth consistency.
