6 oz Plain Lowfat Yogurt
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
30-40 Pomegranate Seeds
4-6 Ice Cubes
Optional: 1 scoop Protein Powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth consistency.
