Ingredients:
6 oz Plain Lowfat Yogurt
1-2 cups Carrot Juice
1/2-1 stalk Celery (sliced)
1/8 tsp Gingerroot (grated)
4-6 Ice Cubes
Optional: 1 scoop Protein Powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth consistency.
